Pulsar Punch
An innovative tool for Tissue Bank Processors more effective than a Biopsy Punch
The Pulsar Punch kit features an ergonomic, reusable amnion disc cutting punch to add robustness, efficiency, and cost savings to tissue bank processors.
Being fully autoclavable, this punch saves on unit costs (up to 80% reduced costs over the blade's lifetime) with negligible adjustment to your current processes. Blades come in a variety of sizes in order to increase your useable material output and can be custom ordered if a different size/shape would further increase your output. Technicians find the ergonomics significantly improve their efficiency and comfort.
The Pulsar Punch kit is a must have for tissue bank processors focused on improving their procedures-- and their bottom line.

Product Design
Product design is what we all dreamt of as children. OPD brings the industrial experience, capability, connections, and work ethic to perform small scale product creation start to finish.
Small scale production often makes more sense than one off projects. OPD engages in several industries including medical, manufacturing equipment, motorsports, and lifestyle.
Process Development
Process development is the difference between a sales team and a vertically integrated organization. The OPD team is experienced in designing formal manufacturing processes for FDA and ISO regulated manufacturing.
These projects follow comprehensive product designs that meet verified design requirements, including target characteristics — mechanical or otherwise — as well as acceptable tolerances. These projects include project management structures with stage gate development.
Performance Demonstration
Being part of the solution includes making sure the project/team/facility can meet the targets of the customer. OPD can be the labor or the leader needed to make this happen.
This can range from an extra set of hands to fully executing a manufacturing process validation. Frequently, organizations have a need to onboard new equipment in a compliant manner— which is where OPD excels.
About OPD
